Designed to satisfy the need to examine or also measure distances on very wide surfaces (not possible with normal videomicroscopes), Ruler Check systems have been immediately enjoyed by the customers for their easiness of use and transport, the positive feedback made possible the development of various models.
This series of new measuring devices is founded on the shifting of a video-optic head along a guide of precision, while a sensor detects the movement of it sending datas to a display or to a PC, a software manages the insertion of the relative referential quotes in the contest of acquired images. |

It's a software particularly suggested for the manufacture checking in phase of execution if matched to a video system.
The check is possible superimposing in transparency a standard image already acquired to another one just acquired from the video system.
The images can also be taken by CAD drawings, be stored with superimpositions and adds (i.e. circles, angles, etc.) and loaded when needed by a database for a new kind of production.

to be analyzed under the normal videomicroscopes, Jumbo OT-LINE
allows to measure and to film during the tests of laboratory the
degenerations of the materials, setting it in front of the manufactured
article thanks to its particular features. |

These new devices have been designed appositely for medium and small companies, which wish to be in possess of a good instrument for the production quality check, with the possibility to get and archive files containing the tries with pictures, measurements and comments.
The "SE" series is provided in multiple versions, all predisposed to be connected to Desktop or Laptop through USB (VideoView software in outfit), ready to acquire, compare and archive images, besides the making of film segments.
For the linear measurements, they're already furnished with one or two displays (x-y axis), which visualize the centesimal quotes up to 75x50mm.
Our softwares (VideoKLite - Vision Control) are available for more detailed and precise measurements.

They're new optical devices of measuring at fixed (10x) or variable (10-15-20x) magnifications.
Their basis is equipped with a metallic scale, instead of glass, with decimal divisions, which allows easy measurements of small three-dimensional objects kept in a hand.
