The Video Stand Inspection (VSI) is a compact colour video system with great performances, able to film
any kind of item. Thanks to the type of cold light illumination and its exclusive incorporated polarizing system, it is also possible to inspect glossy or specular objects.
A practical device for changing the magnification (zoom type optical group) and a micrometrical slide guarantee quick and precise focusing.
The video-optical group can be inclined up to 180° (thus adapting itself extremely well to the part of the object to be filmed) and is simple to remove from its original stand in order to mount it on other supports.
Naturally, the images can be sent to the PC to store or print them (by means of an external USB interface and VIDEO VIEW light software).
The VSI system is unique in its category (quality-price ratio) and is particularly suitable to use even in very small companies, when the control and the documentation of the manufacturing quality are required.
All the VSI systems are equipped with "B" objective, magnifications: 5X-45X about, working distance: 410-35 mm, field of view: 55-6.2 mm.
On request they can be equipped with objectives with different magnifications.

The VSI DIGITAL ZOOM is different from the traditional systems VSI because, further having all
the positive peculiarities of the same, it has externally an electronic zoom
actionable by two small buttons (on the right and on the left of the camera)
that they allow to zoom and therefore to magnify the video image up to the 400%
of the real dimension.
This particular function "digital zoom" results a must when you need to examine a detail of an object with a superior magnification but you must avoid to move the optic group or to modify the working distance.
With the VSI DIGITAL ZOOM (VSI-DZ) is possible to have magnifications between 3.5x and 170x correspondents to a visible area on monitor from 80x60mm to 1.6x1.2mm.
The VSI DIGITAL ZOOM is reccomended for those who must continue to make inspections even inside small holes (up to 2-3mm of diameter and 10-20mm of depth) with large working distance (60-80mm).
There isn't the polarizing system because the VSI 10299 system is even more performant for the inspection of specular surfaces.

The VSI-DIGITAL ZOOM system is particularly suitable to make inspections and controls
inside holes and gangs also with elevated depth.
In the proposed example is shown a cork of pen long about 40mm with inside hole of 8mm of diameter.
In the photos the conformation of the bottom of the cork, the astringent collar of the inside wall and the superior surface of the thickness of the walls are visible.
Since these systems have been studied for being directly used in the department of production, the system is simple, reliable and deprived of maintenance, the controls can be quickly effected by the personnel being also suitable to the production holding in a hand the specimen to be examined and rotating it under the auto-illuminating optic system.
