DIGITAL CROSS GENERATOR
(code SPT OVT 000464)

Small electronic device (dimensions 16,5x9x3cm; weight 230 g.) able to superimpose on a video image video two axis (x and y) in positive or negative in a wished point of the screen.
The intersection of the two axis on the video image determines a precise point for the aim or the "register" of the parts in movement.
With the Digital Cross Generator it is possible:
- to move the axis x and y in a continuous way in a wished point of the screen;
- to inspect the axis in negative and positive;
- to regulate the intensity of the black and white of the axis;
- to block and unlock the point of intersection of the axis to avoid casual shiftings;
- to memorize the position of the two axis so that their position is repurposed to the restart of the video system;
- to disable the visibility of the axis.

VIDEO CROSS DOUBLE CHECK
(code SPT OVT 000266)

Electronic system able to superimpose, to a video image, two axis (x-y) in negative or positive at the centre of the TV/monitor, fixing a sure and precise parameter for the repetitiveness in register repositioning of moving elements.
A
rranged for the control of two cameras. The device allows the choice of the video signal to superimpose the CROSS signal on the TV/Monitor.
Complete of:
- 12V power supply (SPT POW 000029)
- 5m RCA-RCA cable (SPT MEL 000010)
- 2 video power 4 pin - 4 pin cables 5m (SPT OVT 000257)

As SPT OVT 000266, but without power supply, RCA-RCA cable and video power cables.

code SPT OVT 000267

Application example

VIDEO CROSS INSPECTION - VCI
(VIS + STAND ARM)

Optical system type zoom

Setting on register of a print matrix

The most suitable video systems to be coupled to Video Cross (for their practicity of use and compactness) are VIS and VIM with colours or B&W colours camera to be mounted on supports adequate to ones' requirements.

VIS

VIM

VIS:
With focusing system, zoom objective for magnifications between 6X and 60X (referrend to a 14" monitor), microfocus slide and incorporated lighting system with polarized light.

VIM: As VIS but without slide and lighting system
