The "VCR" series of videomicroscopes is characterized by a high video-optical and mechanical quality; they are robust, completely in aluminium and their compactness and handiness make them unique in all kinds of different uses.
They are easy to carry (they can be held in one hand), they are linkable to a laptop or a PC by USB camera, they work at a low voltage (5-12VDC) and they are perfect to be used directly in the production.
All VCRs can magnify the surface of an object equally well between 25 and 2350 times (with reference to a 14" TV/monitor) with the same video quality and, thanks to an exclusive magnetic system, the available objectives can be quickly interchanged. All VCRs have a powerful annular or coaxial light source, which makes these appliances completely autonomous, without need of cumbersome and expensive external lighting equipment.
Thanks to the base structure, the VCRs can be placed both on flat and roll surfaces, in particular on cylinders with minimum diameters of 60 mm or 115mm (depending on the stand and the lighting system used).
All models can be equipped with a magnetic base to make them perfectly stable on curved and compatible metallic surfaces.
We manufacture different types of VCR, each of which has been designed to solve a particular requirement in the various professions, other models are being studied, so we suggest you to contact us if you do not find what you are looking for.

PRESENTLY THE VCR SERIES CAN BE DIVIDED INTO THREE BIG CATEGORIES:

1. VCR series Videomicroscopes for inspection, control, acquiring, comparing and archiving of images of plane and curved surfaces through connection to PC or laptop. This devices can take measurements on X and Y axis (further all more common measurements) if supported by adequate software.
It's the most compact videomicroscope of the VCR series, easy to use, strong, useful in a wide range of employments for the products' quality check.
It uses every objective of the VCR series and can magnify from 25X to 2350X (referred to a 14" monitor). Supplied with 320X objective.
It doesn't need external lighting sources, works at 5V and can be supplied with "Video View Light" or "Video View Basic" software and ready to be connected to a Desktop or Laptop through its 5Mpx CMOS USB2.0 (or USB3.0) camera.
The VCR-P is a "miniaturized" video device amongst the most appreciated and exclusive in nowadays' market; it's able to examine and check over flat and curved surfaces of any material and disposes of a wide choice of objectives comprised between 25X and 2350X (each one with magnetic mount). Supplied with 320X objective.
It's equipped of a stand with a high precision stage X-Y with microshiftings up to 10 mm on both axis which allows to view with impeccable sharpness the flowing of the images also at high magnifications.
The built-in cold light lighting system is of the annular professional kind at high luminous intensity and variable at continuous scale.
The chance to vary the source angle of the beam light in 14 different positions, allows to highlight very well also the smallest asperities and conformations of the surfaces under examination.
Very appreciated in the graphic field where is very useful for the examination and check of the holograms' printings.
It's provided with "Video View Basic" software and it's ready to be connected to Desktop or Laptop through its 5Mpx CMOS USB2.0 (or USB3.0) camera.
It's a video device for micrography; thanks to the coaxial light lighting system equipped, it's very good to be employed in the examination and checking of metallic surfaces to find cracks and imperfections.
It's equipped with a mechanical stage X-Y for microshiftings up to 10 mm and uses objectives of the VCR series from 200X to 2350X. Supplied with 475X objective.
Its 5Mpx CMOS USB2.0 (or USB3.0) camera allows the connection to Desktop or Laptop, while the "Video View Basic" software manages the vision, acquisition, comparison, archive, measuring of images and film segments.
The VCR-CX is very appreciated also in the graphic sector to examine printing cylinders, and in particular the anilox ones.
2. VCR-ZLite series Videomicroscopes for inspection and measuring on X-Y-Z axis with micrometrical control of semiautomatic focusing.
It's a portable videomicroscope with interchangeable objectives; it uses the same range of objectives of the VCR series (25-2350X).
It's similar to the VCR-ZSlim for the kind of use, but differently, the VCR-ZLite makes centesimal measurements on "Z" axis with manual control of the focusing.
Thanks to the help of a microshiftings' pilot mechanism and of the software, it's possible to make an accurate focusing.
It's equipped with stand with an exclusive mechanical system which allows microshiftings up to 10mm on "X" and "Y" axis, maintaining the perfect sharpness of the images also at very considerable magnifications.
It has a cold light lighting system of 12V high luminous intensity with possibility to change the illumination's source angle in 14 different positions.
This lighting system has been designed to evaluate the imperfections or the asperities of the surfaces in a better way.
Very appreciated in the graphic field where is very useful for the examination and check of the holograms' printings.
The software in outfit "Video View Basic" makes every common measurement; besides the possibility to make film segments, it is possible to compare and store the images captured with relative measurements and comments.
It is possible to make precise measurements on "X-Y" axis and the accuracy is of 10 µm (at 750 magnification) on "Z" axis.
It's equipped with 475X objective and and it's ready to be connected to Desktop or Laptop through its 5Mpx CMOS USB2.0 (or USB3.0) camera.
It's an optimum video control system which allows to examine and measure flat and curved surface in "X-Y-Z" axis with high precision.
Through the help of a microshiftings' pilot mechanism and of the software which manages the precise focusing, the measurements in "Z" axis have an accuracy of 0,01 mm with a 750X objective.
The lighting in outfit is coaxial and it is possible to use objectives of the VCR series from 200X to 2350X thanks to the X-Y mechanical stage with which the VCR-ZL CX is equipped.
The software in outfit "Video View Basic" makes every common measurement; besides the possibility to make film segments, it is possible to compare and store the images captured with relative measurements and comments.
It's equipped with 475X and 750X objectives and and it's ready to be connected to Desktop or Laptop through its 5Mpx CMOS USB2.0 (or USB3.0) camera.
3. VCR-Z series Motorized videomicroscopes with steps of 1 micron for measurings on X-Y-Z axis with automatic and semiautomatic focusing with 2 micron precision at 1500X on measuring of "Z" axe.
Completely motorized, with manual, half-automatic and automatic focusing, the VCR-Z PRO is a control system which allows microshiftings with step of 1 µm.
The optic system is interchangeable with magnetic mount; objectives from 30X to 2350X are available.
It's arranged with a stand equipped of an exclusive mechanical system which allows microshiftings up to 10 mm on "X" and "Y" axis, keeping the perfect sharpness of the images also at very considerable magnifications.
It has a lighting system with annular cold light of 12V high luminous intensity and with the possibility to change the source angle of the illumination in 14 different positions.
It's supplied with software of measurement and automatic focusing VideoKLite, it's ready to be connected to Desktop or Laptop and it's possible to make precise measurements on "X-Y-Z" axis with a 2 µm accuracy on "Z" axis (at 1500 magnifications).
It's equipped with 320X-750X-1500X objectives and and it's ready to be connected to Desktop or Laptop through its 1.3Mpx CMOS USB2.0 camera (or 5Mpx CMOS USB3.0).
