The
FIZ system is characterized by a very compact video optical group
(height 125 x44 mm, weight 172 gr.) and it is equipped inside
of a cold light long duration annular lighting system (about 15,000
hours).
The high resolution optical group allows 90X magnifications with
CCD 1/3 " (referred to a 14" monitor) and 3 mm x 2.2
mm field of view with 80 mm working distance .
When you have to inspect difficult materials (reflecting or specular
surfaces), the polarizing system inserted in the FIZ group is
very useful.
This video system (unique in his kind) has been realized for who
has the necessity of inspecting very little objects surfaces with
strong magnifications but with at least 70-80 mm working distance.
These characteristics are always more and more requested by operators
to insert a vision system on supports of machines in movement
where the available spaces are too limited.
The FIZ system can be supplied in several models, with colours
or B&W micro camera and according to the CCD sensor size (1/4",
1/3", 1/2") it is possible with unchanged working distance
to obtain magnifications and field of view variable of 25%. For
